To ensure clarity, consistency, and smooth collaboration, this Review & Revision Policy explains how revisions work across all our services and packages.

1. Overview of Our Review Process

We understand that video editing is a creative process that benefits from feedback.
Our revision system is designed to help you fine-tune your video efficiently while maintaining fast turnaround times and fair resource usage.

Each package includes a specific number of free review rounds depending on your chosen service plan.

2. Number of Free Reviews (Based on Package)

Additional revisions beyond these limits are available at nominal charges.

3. What Qualifies as a “Minor Change”

Minor changes are quick fixes or refinements that do not require restructuring or heavy re-editing.
They typically take under 20–30 minutes to complete.

Examples of Minor Changes:

• Text or subtitle corrections (spelling, position, timing)

• Adjusting transitions or overlays

• Replacing clips using assets already shared

• Adjusting brightness, color balance, or filters

• Audio level balancing or background music swap (from provided options)

• Small timing or pacing adjustments

Minor changes are included free within your allowed review rounds.

4. What Qualifies as a “Major Change”

Major changes involve significant creative or structural alterations that go beyond the original brief.
These are billable and priced based on time, complexity, and additional resources used.

Examples of Major Changes:

• Adding or replacing new footage not included initially

• Reworking major sections or changing the storyline

• Replacing or rewriting voiceovers or scripts

• Changing animation style, typography, or brand direction mid-project

• Adding new effects, motion graphics, or AI enhancements not part of the agreed scope

Note: Before starting any major revision, we will share a clear estimate and obtain written approval.

5. Additional Revisions (After Free Limits)

Once free review rounds are exhausted:

• Additional revisions can be requested at a small fee per revision round.

• The exact cost depends on project type, duration, and complexity.

• Payment for additional revisions must be cleared before delivery of the next version.

Clients on credit-based plans can also use their credits for extra revisions (based on 100–150 credits per additional review cycle).

6. Review Timeline

To keep projects efficient and on schedule:

• Clients must provide consolidated feedback within 3 working days of receiving each draft.

• Feedback delays beyond 7 days may lead to:

  • Project hold or archive

  • Reactivation charges for resuming work

• Consolidated feedback ensures fewer miscommunications and faster completion.

Pro Tip: Always compile all feedback into a single message or document using timestamps.

7. Review & Approval for 90-Day Monetization Program

In this program:

• Reviews are collaborative and ongoing.

• Our editors optimize videos for performance metrics (retention, CTR, consistency).

• Revisions are made to meet YouTube growth goals, not just visual preferences.

• Client feedback is still respected and incorporated strategically.

8. Review & Revision Workflow

1. Initial Draft Delivery → You receive the first draft via secure link (Google Drive / Frame.io).

2. Feedback Window (3 Days) → Share consolidated feedback (text or timestamp format).

3. Revision Round 1 → MRBR implements all agreed minor edits.

4. Revision Round 2 (if included) → Final refinements and approval.

5. Final Delivery → Project marked as complete; all project files securely deleted after 30 days unless otherwise requested.

9. Final Delivery Confirmation

Once you approve the final video:

• The project is marked “Complete”.

• Further changes are considered new orders or new edit requests.

• Completed projects are archived after 30 days.

Clients with ongoing credit plans can request file retention for up to 90 days.

10. AI-Assisted or Automated Revisions

In certain workflows, MRBR may use AI tools for tasks such as:

• Auto-captioning or subtitle cleanup

• Audio noise reduction

• Color grading assistance

These are used only to speed up workflow and do not compromise creative quality.
AI-generated results are reviewed manually before delivery.

11. Best Practices for Fast, Smooth Revisions

To help us deliver your ideal result quickly:

• Share clear, timestamped feedback (e.g., “00:45 – trim clip by 2 seconds”)

• Use one communication thread ( frame.io ) for all notes

• Combine all feedback per revision round before submission

• Avoid mid-revision changes to the concept or script unless critical

• Provide all additional assets (logos, music, footage) at once

Following these steps ensures smoother collaboration and fewer revision cycles.

12. Review Responsibility

Both parties share responsibility for maintaining clarity and deadlines:

• MRBR Studio: delivers edits as per the agreed scope and within timelines.

• Client: provides timely, specific, and consolidated feedback.

Failure to provide feedback or new files within agreed timelines may delay the project or incur reactivation fees.
