Review Policy (Revision Policy)

At mrbrstudio, we aim to deliver video content that matches your vision and expectations. To ensure transparency and smooth collaboration, we have outlined our Review and Revision Policy below.

1. Number of Free Reviews

We offer:

• 2 rounds of FREE reviews per project
  These reviews include minor changes only, such as:

  • Text adjustments (spelling, positioning)

  • Timing fixes

  • Color correction tweaks

  • Audio level adjustments

  • Replacing clips from provided footage

  • Adding or removing simple transitions, effects, or overlays

2. What Is Considered a “Minor Change”?

Minor changes are:

• Short edits that don’t require reworking large sections

• Edits that take less than 20–30 minutes to implement

• Modifications based on original instructions or assets already shared

Examples:
✅ Fixing typo in title
✅ Changing background music from the provided options
✅ Slight timing shift of scenes
✅ Replacing a photo with another from the original folder

3. What Is Considered a “Major Change”?

Major changes include:

• New instructions or ideas added after editing has started

• Replacing or adding new footage not included in the initial project

• Reworking major portions of the video or restructuring the entire flow

• Changes to voiceovers, script rewrites, or brand direction shift

These major changes will be billed separately depending on the work required. Pricing will be shared in advance before proceeding.

4. Additional Revisions (After 2 Free Reviews)

If more than 2 revisions are requested:

• A small additional charge will be applied per extra revision round.

• The cost depends on the scope and will be communicated beforehand.

• Payment must be cleared before the next version is delivered.

5. Review Timeline

Clients must:

• Provide consolidated feedback within 3 working days of receiving the draft

• Delayed feedback beyond 7 days may lead to project closure or re-initiation charges

6. Final Delivery Confirmation

Once the client approves the final video:

• The project is marked as complete

• No further changes will be entertained unless it is part of a new editing order

7. Best Practices for Fast & Smooth Revisions

To help us serve you better:

• Share clear and specific feedback in bullet points or timestamps

• Avoid scattered feedback across multiple platforms

• Consolidate all changes per revision round to save time
