At mrbrstudio, we aim to deliver the highest quality video editing and content creation services that align with your expectations and project goals. We understand that sometimes projects may not go as planned, and we value transparency and fairness in such cases. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund and how we handle refund requests.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our work—customized, creative, and time-intensive—refunds are only considered under specific circumstances outlined below. Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our management team.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

• The service has not yet been initiated: If you request a cancellation before any editing or creative work has begun, a full refund will be issued.

• Work is significantly delayed beyond the promised timeline without any valid reason or prior communication from our end.

• The final output is completely unusable due to a fault or mistake from our side, and our editors fail to make it right even after 2 free revisions.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:

• You change your mind after work has begun or want to switch to a different plan/service.

• The project is completed and delivered, and no concerns or dissatisfaction were raised during the revision window.

• The dissatisfaction arises from personal preference unrelated to the original project brief or revision scope.

• If you fail to provide necessary inputs, files, or instructions for the project within a reasonable timeframe.

• Delays caused by client inaction (e.g., unresponsive for more than 7 days during an ongoing project).

• You exceed the allowed number of free revisions and reject the option for paid revisions.

4. Free Revision Policy

We offer 2 free rounds of minor revisions for each project. These cover small tweaks such as:

• Text changes

• Color corrections

• Small trim adjustments

• Subtitle corrections

Revisions beyond the free limit or major changes (such as complete script changes, layout reworking, adding large new sections) will be charged additionally and are not eligible for refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact us at support@mrbrstudio.com or via WhatsApp at +91 93854 15413 with the following details:

• Your name and contact

• Project title and date

• Reason for refund

• Evidence (if applicable)

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and issue a decision within 5–7 business days after proper review.

6. Mode and Timeline of Refund

• All approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.

• Refunds may take upto 10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Clients are encouraged to communicate with us directly to resolve any concerns. Initiating a chargeback or dispute without prior communication may result in the suspension of services or blacklisting from future engagements.

8. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on this page and reflected by the “Last Updated” date above.
