We value fairness, transparency, and accountability. If for any reason our work doesn’t meet your satisfaction, our 100% Refund Guarantee ensures you’re protected.
This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which you are eligible for a refund and how refund requests are processed.
1. General Policy

Due to the custom, creative, and time-intensive nature of our work, refunds are granted only under the conditions described in this policy.

Each refund request is evaluated case-by-case by MRBR Studio’s management team.

Our goal is always to resolve concerns quickly — either through free revisions, replacement edits, or refund approval.
2. 100% Satisfaction & Refund Guarantee
We stand behind our promise — “Love it or don’t pay.”
You are eligible for a 100% refund in the following situations:

Unsatisfied after delivery:

If you’re not satisfied with your first edit (including Free Trial or Paid Project) and we cannot resolve the issue even after 2 free revisions, you will receive a full refund — no questions asked.

Work not started:

If you cancel before editing begins, you receive a 100% refund of any advance payment.

Failure to deliver:

If MRBR Studio fails to deliver the project within the promised timeline without valid communication or client-related delay, you’re entitled to a 100% refund.

Free Trial Edit:

Your trial edit is completely risk-free.
If you don’t approve it, you don’t pay anything.

3. Partial Refund Eligibility
Partial refunds may be considered under these conditions:

| Technical failure on MRBR’s end | Refund or equivalent credits reissued |
Refund amount depends on the amount of work completed and resources utilized.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

You change your mind or switch services after work has started.

Dissatisfaction is based on personal creative taste outside the original brief.

You do not provide required assets or feedback within agreed timelines.

You exceed your 2 free revisions and decline paid revision options.

The project is approved and delivered.

Refund request submitted after 3 days of delivery.

Expired or unused credits in your Monthly Plan (validity: 30 days).

White-label projects once the reseller has approved the final version.
5. Service-Specific Refund Conditions
a. Free Trial Edit

Always 100% risk-free.

If you’re unhappy, you owe nothing.

If approved, payment applies to subsequent edits.
b. Monthly Credit Packages

Credits are non-refundable after purchase.
-
Unused credits automatically expire after 30 days.

If MRBR Studio fails to deliver due to internal issues, equivalent credits will be added to your account or refunded.
c. 90-Day Monetization Program

Completely free until monetization begins.

Once monetized and revenue sharing begins, payments made toward MRBR Studio’s share are non-refundable.

If MRBR Studio fails to deliver during the free period, you can exit the program at no cost.
d. White-Label / Reseller Clients

Refunds not applicable once the final project is approved or submitted to your end client.

MRBR may offer replacement edits or credit adjustments in exceptional cases.
6. Revision Policy & Its Relation to Refunds
Each project includes 2 free minor revisions, covering:

Text changes
-
Trim adjustments
-
Subtitle or caption corrections
-
Minor color / audio balance fixes
After 2 rounds, additional revisions are billable.
Refunds cannot be claimed after revision work has started, unless the output remains unsatisfactory even after both revisions.

We acknowledge all requests within 48 hours and finalize decisions within 5–7 business days.
8. Mode & Timeline of Refund

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method (Razorpay, PayPal, Bank Transfer, etc.).

Refunds usually reflect within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

If a refund delay occurs, our support team will notify you and track resolution.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage open communication before raising disputes.

Filing chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account suspension or future service restrictions.

We aim to resolve all issues amicably and promptly.
10. Subscription or Auto-Renewal Refunds

Cancellation requests made before renewal stop future billing.

Refunds for renewed or active billing cycles are not eligible once editing begins.

You can still use any remaining credits until expiry.
11. International Client Refunds
For international transactions:

Refunds are issued in INR equivalent, based on the exchange rate at the time of refund.

Payment gateway fees and currency conversion charges are non-refundable.

We may revise this policy periodically to reflect new programs or pricing models.
